Missing Teeth

Dental implants are a very reliable means of replacing teeth.   Whether replacing just one tooth or an entire dentition, implants have become a very important treatment option. With dental implants we can avoid preparing teeth adjacent to a single missing tooth as well as stabilize a full denture.

Crowns are commonly made for teeth that have cracked, are worn or have large areas of decay or broken down fillings. Crowns can be made in one visit. Bridges are a reliable means of replacing one or more teeth by using multiple crowns to support replacements for missing teeth.

Full removable dentures are made when all teeth are missing. If several teeth are missing but some teeth still remain, a removable partial denture is often made. Dental implants work very well to hold dentures in place allowing normal chewing.
